Filter zur Verminderung des Nitratgehaltes in Meer- und Süßwasseraquarien bis 400 l Inhalt Der Nitratreductor 400 ist ein hermetisch geschlossener biologisch arbeitender Filter. Er wird in langsamen Durchstrom betrieben, so daß sich ein sauerstoffarmes Milieu bildet, in dem Bakterien Nitrat in harmloses Stickstoffgas umwandeln. Der Filter kann sowohl innerhalb, als auch außerhalb unter dem Aquarium aufgestellt werden. Zur konstanten Wasserversorgung wird die Dosierpumpe SP 3000 empfohlen. Nach erfolgter Einlaufphase ist der Filter in der Lage die Nitratkonzentration in einem normal belastetem Aquarium bis 400 l Inhalt auf niedrigem Niveau zu halten. Dabei verbraucht sich das Filtermaterial – Deniballs - in ca. 9 – 12 Monaten. Zur optimalen Kontrolle empfehlen wir, den Nitratreductor 400 mit einer Aqua Medic Redoxpotentialsteuerung zu kombinieren. Der Filter ist für die Aufnahme einer Redoxsonde vorbereitet.
