Reef Life Calcium ist ein Präparat zur Versorgung von Riffaquarien mit gelöstem Calcium. So lässt sich einfach und auf natürliche Weise ein optimaler Calciumgehalt im Aquarium erhalten. 10 ml Reef Life Calcium erhöhen den Calciumgehalt von 100 Litern Meerwasser um etwa 17,5 mg/l. Reef Life Calcium eignet sich hervorragend zur automatischen Dosierung mit dem Reefdoser, einer Dosierpumpensteuerung. Wir empfehlen dabei Reef Life Calcium nicht konzentriert zuzugeben, sondern in einem 5l Kanister 500 ml Reef Life Calcium mit destilliertem Wasser bzw. Osmosewasser aufzufüllen und von dort zu dosieren. In Aquarien mit vielen Steinkorallen, muss der Calciumbedarf mit einem guten Calciumtest ermittelt und die Dosierung daran angepasst werden. Reef Life Calcium sollte immer zusammen mit Reef Life KH Buffer und Reef Life Trace verwendet werden, um neben dem Calciumgehalt auch Karbonathärte und pH Wert zu stabilisieren und um Ionenverschiebungen zu vermeiden. Dosierung: 35 ml pro Woche für ein normal besetztes 100 l Aquarium.
