If you register as a
customer, if you order goods, subscribe to our newsletter or want to
use certain features of our website, personal data are collected.

Use
and transmission of personal data
We use the data you have
reported to us primarily for the order processing. For this purpose,
we transfer, if necessary, your data to other companies, e.g. to
suppliers who deliver their merchandise directly from the factory.
These companies are allowed to use your data only for the order
processing and not for other purposes. With your permission, we use
your e-mail address to send you our newsletter, which you can
unsubscribe anytime. Additionally, we use lists of address data for
the purpose of market research and transmit them to selected partner
companies for this purpose. However, these are summarized in such a
way that individual customer data can no longer be identified.
Right

Of course, you can object any time to the use of

Creditworthiness
If you register as a new customer, with your consent we will
eventually recall information on creditworthiness on a mathematical
and statistical basis from CEG company Creditreform Consumer GmbH,
Hellersbergstr. 14, 41460 Neuss for the purpose of credit check. The
CEG Creditreform provides us with eventually updated information.
Moreover, during the customer relationship, we transmit address data
and, if applicable, negative data to the CEG Creditreform, who, in
the case of legitimate interests, can provide third parties with
information on creditworthiness for the purpose of credit check on a
mathematical and statistical basis. Your concerns which must be
protected are taken into consideration in accordance with the

security
Your personal data is transmitted via internet as
SLL codification. Credit card information is not saved, but directly
collected and processed by our payment service provider Wirecard AG.
We protect our website and other systems by technical and
organisational measures against loss, destruction, access,
modification or dissemination of your personal data by unauthorized
persons. The access to your customer account is possible only after
entering your personal password. You should always treat your access
information confidentially and close the browser window, when you
have finished your communication with us, especially if you use the
computer together with others.

rectification, suspension or cancellation of such data.

Security
is an important issue for us.
That is why we work according
to the latest security policies. SSL is a security standard which
protects your data (address, bank data, etc.) against third parties.
Both your address and contact data and your payment information are
codified and thus protected against third parties. Your address and
contact data are partly saved in codified form (e.g. password) in our
data bank and are protected in a special way against the access of
unauthorized persons.
If
you effect your bank transactions via online banking (Internet), you
will already know the safe SSL codification. Just as safely as you
carry out your internet transfers and recall your account balance,
you buy from us. Unfortunately, SSL codification and the protection
of your data, is not yet a matter of course in all online shops. So
pay attention to it in your own interest. You can recognise that your
data is transmitted codified by the https in front of the URS,
e.g. https://www.zoobuy.net and by the padlock below in the
status bar of your browser as a symbol of a safe transmission.
A
small number of customers can not operate our web shop because of the
protective measures. In most cases, this is due to the fact that
those customers work with browsers by Internet providers which do not
correspond to the web standard. These are e.g. browsers by Telekom
and AOL.
However,
you can easily resolve this problem as follows:

Now there will occur no more problems
with the acceptance of orders.
Unfortunately,
there have been complications in the dispatch of mails which by
mistake end up in the spam filter. If you use an @aol.com address
when registering, please check in your AOL e-mail centre the option
“blocked mails” in your e-mail and spam control BEFORE completing
the registration. Put this option to “Deposit in spam folder”.
Look for the confirming mail in this folder after registering with
ZooBuy.net. If you still have not received the mail, please contact
us!
